We have one apartment in Yokosuka having one space own a restaurant and during this Corona situation, this tenants left and we were pretty worried about how we going to bring in next tenant and ask for help to NOB Corporation.

I was worried that loss becomes big because know it is difficult to bring restaurant in current situation.
By visit the place with NOB, they proposed calculation between making full renovation or to keep finding restaurant tenant and finally decided to move forward with finding restaurant tenant.
